They take Money out of account unauthorized.. Then LIE about how they can’t remove a card from the system.. BUT TOLD ME IT HAD BEEN REMOVED

Unprofessional is an understatement. I have told this store do not call me again about an acquaintances past due account. They called AGAIN last week & i reminded them of our last conversation & then they went on to start asking personal details after told i dont wish to speak with them like the nature of our relationship & why we don’t speak anymore. I will press charges if I’m contacted again.

I have been a customer for 4and a half years and just because I’m struggling financially because of my husbands promotion and we get paid monthly. Mike the area manager has zero customer service skills and is rude. I have been in contact with them trying to keep my account and he wants to threaten legal action. All of the staff walked out of his store in northport because of how he treats them. And I personally knew the store manager. If you talk to your staff and customers any kinds of way you won’t have a store left. I have asked multiple times for the pay off of one account and he told me it couldn’t be done. I had to get my whole account current I will most likely cancel my contract and go somewhere else.

Just this month, Baber's replaced all of their good customer service with new employees who have TERRIBLE customer service. After trying to get in touch with the store manager (and even calling corporate) about a situation, the manager never would call us back.. Even after we went into the store. I have been a very good customer with them for more than 5 years and furnished my whole house and again when we moved. Because of this situation (unauthorized draft) we have decided to cancel all remaining contracts and take our business elsewhere.

So glad to see my favorite manager Suziann ia back! Shea got an awesome team working for her also. I will not go anywhere else! They are amazing and if they dont have what you want they will make sure to get it! I need to make an correction on review my daughter got mad for no reason with manager she's always done right toward me and my family Susanna is a great manager Brianna if you can't pay for it returned it cause you might need Baber's again I fill better now I got that off my chest. God bless you Susanna
