Took me about a month to get around to it, but on October 11th, one of the workers (Jeremiah, if I remember correctly) genuinely had to carry both a washer and a dryer up two flights of stairs just to install it at the top floor of my apartment. Genuinely looked like a miserable task but he was super polite and quick, absolutely no complaints about the products themselves, but genuine shoutout to that guy.

Travis and Anthony were wondering delivering my furniture. Made sure i was happy with where it was placed and everything. Also the store manager (sorry forgot how to spell your name) was a delight to work with.

My husband and I had MULTIPLE problems out of them. First when we got our fridge from them they gave us one that did not work and then was told that the serial number on the fridge we were given did not match what was on our account. So we had been paying for almost a month on a fridge we weren’t even supposed to have! We were supposed to be on a bi weekly payment and they kept changing it to weekly and refused to change it back to bi weekly. When we found a better fridge for a better deal we told them they could come get their fridge. They told us it would be Friday at 1:30 before they could get it. They did not come to pick it up until Monday. When they came to pick it up they were extremely disrespectful by backing into our yard when it was not needed and talking badly about our house and yard ( I have video proof.). Will not recommend this place to anyone ever. If I could give it 0 stars I would. NEVER AGAIN.

Our stuff was supposed to be delivered Friday and at 4 o’clock we call and Marcus the manager says oh I had to send my guys home this morning because of over time, yet he didn’t have the common courtesy to call and let us know. He then says well I’ll make sure you’re the first delivery in the morning and they didn’t show until 5:30 this evening and didn’t even bring what they were supposed to. They are all rude and smart mouthed. Don’t waste your time like we did. If I could give -5 stars I would…. Poor businessman….

If I could give a 0 I would . I've called 5 times today , because of a couch that I ordered last Thursday and it was suppose to be delivered today on Monday between 3:00 and 5:00pm . I called at 5:30 and they wouldn't answer , so I called from a different number and they picked up . I was told the driver left 20 mins prior to 5:30 and was on their way to my house and it is now 7:00 pm and still no couch . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL ! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I will be at the establishment tomorrow to get my couch myself , because I refuse to wait and be lied to .
