My husband and I have ALWAYS paid our payments sometimes a couple days late but nonetheless we always pay. Yes, they add late fees and we pay that as well so if anything they are benefiting. If you are even one day late, they will continuously harass you and blow up your phone. Multiple texts and calls a day. They might as well switch me to monthly at this point so I only have to deal with them once a month because I am sick and tired of having my phone blown up for being one day late. It’s harassment. They are ridiculous and act like we’re just gonna skip out on our contract and never pay.

I would leave half a sar if it were an option. Horrible horrible customer service. They start bugging us over a week BEFORE the payment is due. We don't miss payments. It's pure harassment. We've told them stop numerous times. My husband had changed the card we had previously used in the beginning for payments payments over three months ago . In fact when the harassment started this week he said again do not use that card. He stated he would make a payment before due date . Well first thing this morning these morons hit his old card FIVE TIMES before nine a.m . This is for a bill not even due. The card should have not still be on our account but they won't delete it even though they were told not to use it anymore. I'm ready to tell them come get the fridge and just take the loss. What business is legally allowed to steal your money way ahead of a scheduled billing date without permission. Also charged us six dollars extra! My husband stated very clearly HE would make a payment. Did not give this scamming place permission in any form to do this. Bill is not due until Fri. Who knows if we will get billed twice.

if I was able to choose zero stars I most definitely would. I placed an order for a sectional on December 28. I am writing this review on January 31 and I still have no sectional. The only communication has been on my part reaching out with no definite date of when I would receive my piece of furniture. And believe it or not I was charged for furniture. I don’t own or have any idea of when it would be received. Never again.

I love going through them because they work with your budget and the people I have had to deal with were great to me especially the person in charge was Jessica Gates! She was very informative and was able to explain everything the way I needed it! She was able to handle me and a couple of others shopping in the store without leaving me sitting and waiting it was a great experience. Jessica even got me so interested in a tv that I purchased that and the couch set which her and another employee delivered 2 days later! Awesome service! I will for sure be back for more. Thanks Jessica for all your help! 5 stars for you!
