These folks are great, we moved here from Kentucky and had to leave a bunch of our furniture behind. They helped us out with everything we needed and very quickly. Really appreciate them and highly recommend!!!
Our first affiliation with Aaron’s was excellent. We had a guy named Chase , America. Help us with our questions and we had a lot of them and they were patient and they helped us through what we wanted to get from them and we did the whole staff. We’re very nice! To top it off the two guys delivering our furniture or great guys, they were friendly, professional, hard-working, and very, very attentive and careful not to hurt anything in our house.

The finance department (Dennis and Chase) have been nothing but unprofessional in their customer relations skills and working with the customer on account issues!
Harassing phone calls on a daily basis, being abrupt and overtaking the customer when calling. I’ve requested numerous times Dennis not ever call me again and he continues to call. Angela is the only person I have dealt with in this store that try’s to resolve issues in a professional manor and goes out of her way to respect the customer and help.
