The staff here is amazing. Genesis (hopefully spelled it correctly) was so helpful. He explained everything throughly and made the whole process so simple. Thank you again Genesis for your awesome customer service!!

After I settle this TV account, I intend to discontinue my association with this Aaron's location, as they exhibit an overly aggressive approach, making unreasonable demands instead of collaborating with customers. Notably, they discourage online payments and attempt to double-charge after payments have been made. In contrast, the Atmore location and the Pensacola branch demonstrate superior staffing and employ more courteous personnel. Aarrons In This Location Needs to Do Better

These folks are great, we moved here from Kentucky and had to leave a bunch of our furniture behind. They helped us out with everything we needed and very quickly. Really appreciate them and highly recommend!!!

Our first affiliation with Aaron’s was excellent. We had a guy named Chase , America. Help us with our questions and we had a lot of them and they were patient and they helped us through what we wanted to get from them and we did the whole staff. We’re very nice! To top it off the two guys delivering our furniture or great guys, they were friendly, professional, hard-working, and very, very attentive and careful not to hurt anything in our house.

Great customer service and which I definitely appreciate. The salesman Genesis I think that's his name was very helpful and professional. He sold me on the TV. Just wanted to give him a shout out.
