Got put on hold for almost 30min, I asked “can I pick the item up tn?” And got a reply of just “k” I asked prolly 10 times if I could pick it up and no one would answer me, customer service is awful at this store
I was told that I would receive a replacement drawer for my bed set that got delivered to me damaged and I’ve gotten the run around multiple times was told it would be delivered yesterday even got a confirmation text and nothing all they care about is money also put a down payment on a PlayStation 5 and I’ve been wanting to talk to nick which is the assistant manager and I’ve been told the manager will call back and still no call back or any type of reaching out to me the lady acts like she isn’t wanting me to talk to him either he’s there and ignoring me on purpose or something is going on I’m starting to get pissed off and I’m tempted to go into the store and go off on everyone cause I’m sick of this crap they are so unprofessional!!!! Absolutely hate them and after my furniture is paid off I’ll never step foot in that store ever again
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through regarding my delivery. The manager confirmed the date and time, but no one showed up, and I was not notified of any changes. When I called, I was informed the drivers were out sick and my delivery was rescheduled for the next day. Once again, I waited during the scheduled time, only to receive no updates. When I called again, I was told that a driver had quit, and the delivery was still being figured out. Despite assurances that my washer and dryer would arrive that day, no one contacted me, even after I informed the representative that I could only wait until 2:00 PM. For a purchase of nearly $5,000, I expect clear communication, timely updates, and honesty. This experience has been unacceptable, and I hope this matter is resolved promptly. I would not recommend this store to anyone, absolutly horrible service.
Nick (Manager) and Suzy (assistant manager) don’t know how to talk to their customers. They were very rude and they don’t communicate with their team. I’ve been with them over a year and was never late on a payment and if I was I always communicated but obviously that’s not good enough or they either don’t notate the account. I highly do not recommend them. And not to mention their prices are ridiculously high. I highly do not recommend this store location or RAC in general because corporate is a piece of work too.
So far I have had a fantastic experience with their customer service. After delivering our items there was a few issues I called them and they fixed it immediately. The prices are also great I told them what I wanted to stay under price wise for payments and they was able to do just that.
