The ladies at the store are very helpful and make you feel welcomed I applaud there customer service if you get a chance stop in atmore and check Mrs Erica and the other ladies out they will get you fixed up thank you

My experience with Rent-A-Center was absolutely wonderful they have the best employees working there they really care that you get what you want I didn't go to the store physically but it gave me time to look on the website to to make a decision because I was going back and forth and back and forth and let me tell you at the very last minute I changed my mind and I am so glad I did this sectional is beautiful and the employees I mean they will help you in every aspect they delivered it yesterday and even gave me recommendations unlike the color of curtains and things like that that would help it you know boost it and I need a shout out to my girl Alicia that works at Rent-A-Center she has handled everything the paperwork and I'm going to tell you she is an awesome lady so when you go to Rent-A-Center ask for Alicia she'll do you right

I came into this store today and was not even thinking about being a customer. Just bringing my sister so she could get a refrigerator. But between the two employees here, Marc and Andrea, I know for a fact I will be back. The way they helped my sister was amazing! So helpful and walked her through everything. Spoke to us like we were people and not just customers. I will definitely be back here, but for myself next time!!😊😊
