People there have no patience, they need train better, its like there always in a hurry to push you out the door. I won't buy there anymore, this is what happens when you have poor mangers , you get poor employees

They use to be really good before the new management. I paid off a lot of furniture from here, couches, kitchen table, gaming computer, washer and dryer. Well my husband and I went in to order a corner fire place, and a TV. We were told it would be a week or two, well time passed and I called the store, I got attitude and a refusal to even look on their system for a status update. To this day over 2 months later still no information on an order that I suspect never even got made. Some times the new management can really mess up a store. Never using them again since they obviously don't know how to do business. I waited this long hoping they would do right by us, but I guess not.

I recently bought a washer and dryer from here and I'm currently paying on a new bed. Very reasonable prices. Super nice staff. Just want to make sure that you can pay off your stuff during the same as cash duration. Otherwise you might just have a bad time.... But that's not because of the staff or anything like that. They were really good.

i just purchased mny furniture about 4 months ago my third month in I had an accident moving my t.v and i broke it my isurance company told me to call RAC because technically its theres. I'm also in the process of moving across country and I asked the manager there or the head guy if i could return the furniture for an exchange its all in the same mint condition i purchased it in and I found out about the 6 month exchange and came to the conclusion this guy is waiting to respond to me after my 6 months so he wont have to help me. I think that's messed up because of my work I move around a lot and I deal with rent a center I pay my bills always on time and in advance and they can see my loyalty. THEY ARE NOT TRYING TO HELP ME and that is a shame when I'm paying and doing everything needed to be labeled as a VALUED CUSTOMER. They ignore my calls and I hated to post this before I actual;ly go into the store but its been 2 months almost I was waiting to hear back from this promising young man. First he said the boss was out of town then he's always saying the guy that handled my accounts never around to handle my business. That's crazy. I'm doing everything right and they aren't clearly AT ALL.

My son wanted me to rent a PlayStation so he could try it out. We returned it before the due date for another payment. Every day they keep calling me and telling me that I owe money. THEY HAVE THE DEVICE. I turned it in. Day after day they tell me I owe payments on a device that THEY HAVE IN THEIR STORE. I’ve never been more frustrated with a business and will NEVER bring my business here again.
