First time with my wife and I, Heather was extremely helpful,very professional,friendly and awesome to the end. As we went in to see if we were approved for a set of washer and dryer, and yes we were. Affordable monthly price, that we walked out with the washer and dryer along with a wooden double bunk bed frame as well. Free delivery and installation. We definitely recommend Aaron's Rent to Own.

I wanted to talk about a couple of workers from the Aarons at Casper WY. These guys went above and beyond to make my delivery go as well as possible. We thought we were faces with an impossible situation with the size of the fridge I ordered and the size of my staircase. They wouldn't stop until the job was done. They were both polite and professional. I have ordered from Aarons twice now but have things delivered on numerous occasions. This was my far the best experience. Aarons, you have amazing employees and they should be commended as such! The workers were Sam and Damien.

Awful customer service. Whoever the girl is that's working right now answered the phone in the middle of talking to us, when asked about a washer and dryer was not very helpful just said we don't have anything in. No further well let's see if we can get your set up for one that's coming in nothing. She acted like she didn't want to be bothered. Won't be going back. We going to get a bedroom set with mattress, full living room and the washer and dryer. Lost out on an entire house worth of sale.

Got a bed through them for my daughter. my daughter picked out a bed with drawers. It didnt come with drawers. Called and they said it's the right bed. My daughter fell through the bed and I discovered there are parts missing including the parts for the drawers to be there nothing was screwed down and April refused to look at pictures never looked the bed up absolutely nothing. She said it was the right bed without looking it up in her system. My daughter is in an unsafe bed.

After being a loyal customer and purchasing a TV and a couch set threw them I'm very upset with them. It took almost a year to get my TV fixed and then It came back still broken, so they sent it back. Well then couldn't fix it and after arguing that I was not going to take a pre leased TV in my brand new TV's place I finally got a replacement after 2 months of waiting. Well today we were sending a bed back waited all day for Aaron's to show to pick it up well its 8:30 at night no one has come by nor have they called! It's safe to say after today Aaron's has lost all of my business, I would not recommend these guys to anyone!
