I had my place broke in to and I took a police report to them which is supposed to be covered in the extra insurance they make you pay for but I was told it didn't matter they couldn't help and I still had to finish paying for something I didn't have and insurance that don't insure anything

Everyone was really eager and helpful to get me what I wanted at a great price

They sold me a computer that was supposed to be a very good computer that when the person originally bought a brand new, who only had a briefly was going to be charged over $1000 for it they brought it to me. It wasn’t in a box. It was fully assembled and They’re charging me over $500 for this computer automatically signed me up for the benefits plus which I did not agree to and now I want to have either a new computer and I don’t feel that I should have to pay another dime for a new one and if they feel that they think I’m going to pay another dime then they’re gonna reimburse me for what I’ve already paid for this one and I’ll go find me another one for the money. I’ve already paid them. I could buy me a brand new one that’s got four stars And it won’t cost me nothing near what they think if they’re trying to charge me so don’t trust everything they tell you.

My scheduled delivery was an hour and a half past time and the only courtesy I was given was 10 minutes after the scheduled time frame to let me know it would be another hour and a half before I received my item. When the delivery guys show up they take my old couch out forcefully through the door putting marks on it. When they brought in the new couch I had to instruct the men to take the legs off the couch so it would properly fit through the door way considering they done marked the door taking the one I had just had delivered 5 days before that smelled of urine and filth which is why I was getting this delivery. They then lay the couch material down on my porch which is muddy due to the snow I ask them not to do that with the rest of the sections and to please take the other legs off the couch in the truck. I do have photos as well as a video of the worker stripping the screws in the new living room suite. I am not at all happy with either of my delivery experiences. They lack customer etiquette, they are lazy and unwilling to do their jobs and do it the right way.

Absolutely wonderful. I've never rented from a rent a center, as I'm from Georgia and was loyal to Badcock furniture for many years. After shopping around and experiencing several furniture stores including a few rent a centers this was far far the best experience since my move here. Robert was very courteous, attentive to detail, understood what price range and needs we were wanting. I would highly recommend this location and store to anyone. I hope the delivery Friday is just as good!
