Would give no stars. Ordered a washer and dryer, on a Friday. Told by the associate that they would be delivered the next Friday. No contact from the store, on the promised delivery date. Called Saturday, was told(rudely) they didn't get a truck, and it would be another week. The associate that I spoke to said that they would call when they received them in store to arrange delivery. No one called on the promised date, so I called again, and was told they were in, but couldn't be delivered to me until the middle of the next week. I am obviously upset over the amount of lies I am being fed, so I asked for a prorated payment due to the fact that it's been 3 weeks since I paid, and still don't have a washer and dryer. I was transferred to a manager, and told that my money was being refunded, and my account closed, very rudely I might add. Forgive me for being "short" with your associate , but being lied to, and spoken rudely to, generally put people in sour moods. Don't waste your money on rude, and untruthful service.

Absolutely worst place ever took my money elsewhere. Ordered a couch and the manager named Larry was so rude to my husband bc he didn't answer the phone early in the morning he works third shift. My husband called to set up the delivery after he woke up. The manager said he should have answered the phone the first time. We asked why the couch couldn't be delivered a day sooner and he screamed because we're not coming that way then said how about we just cancel the couch and give you a refund. Well we're still waiting on our refund that he said he sent to the payment card and hasn't and isn't going too. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PLEASE USE RENT A CENTER IN HURRICANE THEY ARE SO NICE

I have had the worse experience with this store they Have took my money twice now and then called saying they can’t deliver so you take my money then called saying u can’t after typing up the agreements and sending receipts and not to mention they had me waiting on them all day yesterday and Andy lied to me saying my stuff was on the truck and then I called and Jeremey tells me it wasn’t then I call again and jeremey said they had me on the next day delivery and was approved by the store manager Larry and he would call me back before he leaves to lmk a time and then I call back and Andy and Jeremy is gone and I talk to Blake and he says he seen me on the schedule for next and then Larry calls me this morning and says they can’t cause of 6 months of payment history and then try’s to bring up something from 2019 and me and my husband wasn’t even together after he called me a lier so I’m not happy with this store after I pay off my mattresses I’m DONE WITH THIS STORE NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME BACK BECAUSE THEY LIE AND TAKE MONEY THEN WHEN THEY RETURN IT TAKES 7-10 days and they say 48 to 72 hours

Got a living room set and when delivered they tore the loveseat. Called and reported it to the store to get fixed before the tear got worse. Manager said they would fix it and no payment due til it was fixed. They show up a month later and demand to get the whole living room suit due to no payment. Tried to call store to make payment and they hung up on me. The girl that showed up was very rude. She cussed me and said I hit her. My daughter was there and saw I never laid a hand on her. When I said I would call the cops she said the cops wouldn’t make her leave. Stood out in my driveway in front of my neighbors yelling that we didn’t make payments and this is what happens. Very bad experience. They tear your stuff and then won’t fix it. Tell you no payment until fixed then say they never said that. You spend that much money on something you don’t want it ripped. Don’t ever get anything from them!!!!!

If I could give Zero stars I would. Recently moved and was so excited to get my new washer and dryer today. When I went in to get it ordered they said I’d be the first one on delivery for today it would be before 3. I got home from work at 245 and waited until 5 never hearing from them so I call the store, asked to see if they could figure anything out. Was placed on hold for 35 mins and they told me “oh I don’t know who put you on hold but I didn’t know you were on there even though the light was blinking” he told me that they had a delivery in Huntington that they were almost done with and they’d be on their way. 645 came around and I got tired of waiting around and they called me and asked if I was home. I told them to cancel my order, they didn’t give me a courtesy call or anything throughout the day, then being put on hold and the people at the store being so unprofessional and also on Saturday calling me “hot rod” the entire time they were on the phone with me. Don’t waste your money to get anything from them. They are absolutely horrible!!!
