I had such an awesome experience here. This one particular employee’s name was James. He was super knowledgeable when I asked questions. He just had superb customer service. He always smiled and was so pleasant. When I need something else I will definitely come back to this location. Great customer service is so hard to find these days! Thanks again James. I am a forever customer!

Ordered from this store for the past 3 years and they’ve been nothing but phenomenal to me. Very understanding and very professional. Amber Williams (store manager) the absolute BEST! Definitely knows her stuff and runs everything very smoothly. James Bozarth (assistant manager) WONDERFUL at his job! Easy to work with & straight to the point! Austin James (credit manager) on point w| his job and very easy to talk to. Curtis (CAR) will make sure you have your items on time w| a great attitude!

I have been dealing with the Charlestown WV store for over 10 years. Wonderful staff! They go above and beyond on helping you with your purchases. Answer any questions you may have about a product or the paperwork. If the item you are wanting isn’t available in their store, they will go above and beyond to find it and get it for you. Having the item delivered to your home and making sure you are satisfied before he leaves is a bonus also.
