Chad is the best! He is super helpful and knowledgeable. Another Aaron’s we went to was rude and no help, but we came here and Chad was amazing and was able to get us what we wanted!

I've been a customer of Aaron's for over 10 years. Ever experience I've had was/is beyond expectations. My whole house of furniture is from them. My fridge just went out on me. Called and went up today. Picked a new fridge and being delivered today. Highly recommend anyone to Aaron's. Chad and Chris and whole staff is very friendly, experienced, will work with you and understands things come up and happen. Thanks Aaron's for all your help.

I bought a recliner from Aaron's and am very happy all the way around. Service was outstanding. They will work with you, making sure that the customer is happy. Because I paid cash and paid in full, the salesperson gave me a nice discount. Delivery was great. I was told they would be there between a certain time, but they arrived early, which was no problem. The delivery guys were very personable and quick. They knew what they were doing and did it well. They were friendly and professional. The store has a good selection of furniture and televisions. I will say one thing, the prices on the televisions aren't that good, in my opinion. They are high. I would rather buy a television from Walmart, and I'm not a fan of the electronics department there. Aaron's has some very nice furniture. What I really liked about the store is the fact that they will work with you. Like I said, I got a nice discount for paying in full and in cash. I am very happy with the recliner. I will be going back to Aaron's for the purchase of other items as I have the money. They offer a few payment plans including weekly and monthly. Once the delivery was made, I was called by the store to make sure that all went well. I was surprised that the manager called me. I am very happy with the furniture and the service. They sell mew as well as used furniture. Buying used will get you discounts, but you can tell by the nicks that it is used. Of course for used wood furniture, a little Old English will do the trick. If you are on a tight budget, but need furniture, this is the place to go. Check them out. If you go to the one in Charles Town, ask for Chris.

Great staff and everything has been as promised. We are even adding another item onto our contract and they seem to be very casual about it, not a big deal and will roll right into our existing contact. My husband Cedric was a believer from day one...EHHH they have made me one too! Great staff, great product, flexible and a pleasure to work with!
