These people are horrible. I’ve been trying to pay all MONTH of Feb on the app but they locked me out of my account, have never called me at least not to my knowledge & I’ve been out of town due to a family emergency. My friend sent me a picture of a letter RAC sent me DEMANDING I bring the stuff back due to failure of payment when they locked me out of my account so I couldn’t pay! They can HAVE EVERYTHING when I get home on march first! How dare they do this & never called! Just disgusting of them! Screw your RAC!

Customer service is horrible. Been standing here ten minutes and the guy is just ignoring us. Very rude I recommend going anywhere else

Employees lie, they don't keep their words going. Have credit and can't even use it and the Employees can't even communicate. Sales manager won't listen to reason either. Once things are paid off I'll never come back here

Superb service and excellent pricing. I have 2 items from here almost done paying for them, had an issue with the tv but I called and explained it the next day they brought me a newer tv no cost to me, however I do pay for the insurance on the tv so it is protected. Update: So we moved to a new location and that made us renew our lease because we cpild take the washer dryer. So they tried to reset our lease and say we never paid anything on the tv and that it all went to the washer dryer, then tried to sell us the TV that was originally priced at $600 for nearly $2000 it was a Samsung 55" LCD 2017 model. So we told them we ni longer wanted it and they refused to pick it up for nearly 3 months they called and said we have missed payments so now we owe them the full price. Yea theu didnt get their money and i told them if they want their tv it will be outside as we do not want. It and we did not resign for the lease of it. They did not like that idea and threatened us with Civil suit😂. Best to just avoid them all together, if you need something on payments use ZIP or another service like that no longer need places lile this. No i will not call ypu and waste my time you should have investigated it when it happened no after you get a terrible review

The customer service i recieved at the wenatchee washington store was beyond amazing. We were getting chairs for christmas for my inlaws and they changed there minds twice the guy rewrote the contract with a smile on his face. I would recommend that store to anyone . Great customer service
