I had my sister return my items to another store (their website said I can to ANY rent a center) but Puyallup told them no, they said they'd take it to Puyallup for us. Frankie from Kent treated my sister very well, but less than 24 hours later I get more threatening emails and tactics that are highly illegal. Should get their stuff straight since they have their items

The staff at Puyallup Rent a Center are lifesavers. I am always able to find what I need, and Michael and the delivery guys are always so great to work with. I appreciate the service I get on a consistent basis.

Never in a million years did I ever think I would be at rent a center so frequently. The manager Michael is TOP NOTCH man. Such a great man, easy to work with. Really wants to help and work with ya. I tip my hat to this store. And I will definitely forever stay a loyal and frequent customer as long as Michael is running it. 🙏🫡
