***Edit from 2 years ago New management is VERY RUDE. I have rented/bought with this company for a very long time, to which I usually don't even have to wait until my payments are paid off because they have a really good 'same as cash' program. Wanted a new bed that had to be custom ordered. Spoke with a female rep several times (can't remember her name - lucky for her) that was more concerned with being right, than actually getting/keeping an EXCELLENT customer. Long story short, did not get the mattress because they wanted to charge me for days that I didn't even possess the product (when my 'VIP- Diamond Member' status would've given me 4 weeks free & zero down) because the woman was so rude and the manager that I spoke with didn't want to hear anything I said. Just goes to show you, customer service is MUCH MORE VALUABLE than any actual associated costs. Went with Aaron's, will NEVER EVER use with this company again, purely based on the woman and manager's HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. *previous review (when they were still in Lynnwood... Got a TV stand @ 6 payments of 50$... a sofa and love seat combo w/ 4 recliners and a cup/goodie holder on the love seat. 15 payments of 110$. Extremely happy. Good people. Very easy to work with.

Hey, I’m Carlos I am frustrated with you and will send my feedback. First you hand me a used and broken computer screen with the box open. then does the same thing, but only the box is open but missing accessories. the screw that is behind to hold the screen on the support feet is missing, and also the cables you gave me and asked to keep that they were the same are not compatible with the monitor inputs. I honestly didn't understand. you said in the ad that it was all new but it is not. you take parts from there and others from here and deliver them to your customers. I still can't use the computer. There is no instruction manual for anything. I had to drive to you guys again for nothing. my problem has not been resolved. we have another problem. Either you fix it, or we cancel this contract. please let's be more honest. I agreed to be overpriced, because only those who accept this to be called this, but you should be more clear on what you are doing

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Terrible management. My family has been having issues with this specific location for a few months now. They either over charge or consistently “lose” auto payment files and then want to charge a late fee. I seriously do not understand how they are still in business also the fact we’ve had months telling them to pick up their product and took too long to do so. When I’ve spoke to a associate over the phone and informed them that it’s been months since we’ve told them to pick up the items he laughed. Also, the manager likes to pick up the phone and have an attitude from the start. I’ve worked retail for years and never cared to tell I place that have lost a loyal customer but we’ve been customer for about 20 years and never had an issue till new management came in. Please do not come to this location unless you want terrible customer service.

Ever since new management has taken over. I have received nothing less then wonderful customer service. The communication level between management and I about deliveries and/or service has been impeccable. RAC has amazing deals and this new crew is all around the best i have dealt with

Service is great however everytime I've had a time set for them to deliver something I am never notified that they are running late. This has happened on several occasions and I have been a long time customer. Best practice of customer service would be to let your customers know if you're changing a delivery time since we have to schedule out of our time to be available as originally planned.
