Rushed and nothing was explained. When I say nothing I mean nothing.It was here. I'm sending you an email sign after I said what I wanted. Pay it off in 12 months no interest. Ya not what I got and thenI was so confused by the contract. Oh and the add ons I asked to not be charged for was added on and my first down payment included those extras..i disputed same hour and they removed them but i didn't see a refund. I got tired of the vague answers or my questions being answered but not the question I was asking. If that confused you then you know how I felt. I finally spoke with customer service after being referred back to the store several time i just said enough. I just want straight answers to my point blank questions. I spoke with a nice gentleman who did just that. Forgot to ask what happen to the extra i paid on the down. Wasted too much time. Was not going to tackle it again. Appliances are great but I buy namebrand whirlpool washer and dryer and so far I'm extremely pleased.

Update: Today Tyler fixed the accounts and is actually someone who cares about the customer first and definitely knows his job well! Thank you Tyler and in the future when I need to come to rent a center again I will come see you! Definitely hope the staff there can learn a few things from you about customer service and professionalism! For being a new manger you definitely show you have the skills and knowledge! Horrible customer service every payment date I receive a phone call about how I didn’t make a payment come to find out I have two accounts open because employees and a branch manager that can’t do their jobs I’ve spent numerous hours trying to get the issue resolved coming to no conclusion. Trying to get ahold of so called branch manager since manager working can’t do their job properly. Am I going to be compensated for all the time I’ve spent to have someone do their job no. I’ve reached out to the corporate number and still yet have heard back from district manager they indeed have my information and everything on file in their systems the branch manager refuses to fix the issue nor talk to me. Telling me the best he can do is give me free time which checking my online payments someone took a cash payment out and I have never been in to collect anything . Store manager will only communicate with me through his workers. I have never once seen him in the store or even talked to him on the phone. I feel at this point I have been stolen from. I will not accept free time when that means I lost all I paid due to the stores fault of not doing their job properly. I was assured the account was closed since the product was not available and got a different item. Some how I was billed for the product before I even received it. Never have I had to do that before. Looks like I’m going to have to look into legal action

Best customer service I've ever had.I literally walked in they help me get a bed a TV Stand and a nice couch. I got everything in my apartment under 24 hours they went over and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed for my new apartment. I am absolutely in love with my new apartment. And they made sure I didn't have to sleep on the floor I would give them 10 stars if I could. I recommend anybody to come to Lakewood.

Jose offered great customer service and was very attentive to my needs. He was very patient and understanding even with all the technical difficulties that were arising. He remained professional and offered resolutions to the issues we were having with the system. Based off of my experience with Jose I will recommend this location to anyone that is in the market to purchase or rent products.

Great Customer service, the staff is always curtious and professional. Brian makes you feel heard on what you want and will look at other stores to get you what you need. I highly recommend them. He has a hard job of being the one who has to contact the delinquent accounts, but if you pay your payments then then Brian will not have to make reminder calls and visits. Communication is key people. Don't lie and give bad reviews when you are the one that is in default. I have had nothing but good service from Brian every time I buy something new.
