I can’t say enough good things about my local Rent-A-Center. After leaving a long-term domestic violence situation, I was starting over from scratch and needed to furnish my home quickly. From day one, their team treated me with nothing but respect, kindness, and zero judgment — which meant more than I can put into words during such a vulnerable time in my life. They were incredibly communicative about delivery schedules, kept me updated every step of the way, and everything arrived exactly when they said it would. There were no surprises with payments or billing — everything was explained clearly and handled professionally. What stands out most is their consistency. If I ever need something, I just call them — and they make it happen. They’ve made the process of rebuilding my home feel manageable and supported instead of overwhelming. I’m truly grateful for their compassion, professionalism, and reliability. They didn’t just help furnish my house — they helped me create a safe, comfortable place to start fresh.

The team there is amazing people with fantastic customer service always polite If there’s anyway, Bryce can help us he does and he is a very amazing person to work with So is the rest of the team I definitely recommend Rent-A-Center.

Brice who is the store manager is always so helpful. I've been renting with Rent-A-Center for 2 years now and I've never had a problem with this store. Sam who is also store employee is very helpful it's nice by the environment I definitely recommend going to the lacey Rent-A-Center.

I'm new to the area and was looking for some furniture. So I stopped in sometime back and was helped by a salesperson named spencer. I'm yet to make a decision on what I want to do, but I rated this 1 star only because Sam assuming she is a manager of some sort had no interest in helping spencer answer questions I had. She was more engaged to what appeared to be a movie she was watching on the computer and texting. Spencer was very polite and professional and I will definitely return once I make a decision but I won't deal with Sam. My latest issue is with Bryce the store manager cussing out his driving causing him to quit. Too bad Bryce and Sam are so bad at their jobs. Rent a center should really evaluate those 2. I can't do business with a company who has lazy and belligerent management.

You will be yelled at if you happen to park in front of this shop but are visiting other neighboring businesses, despite there being dozens of open spaces. They'll say it's a loading zone, it's not. They'll point at signs on other buildings and trees as if to justify their position, but nothing about parking there for a reasonable amount of time is illegal. The guy running this shop is on a power trip and extremely rude. There are numerous reports of him going out of his way to be hostile
