Rudest female sales rep and manager I have ever encountered. Read my review from Lynnwood, this place went downhill FAST. Will NEVER use RAC again in my entire life, purely based on my interactions with 1 woman and 1 man that were more interested in being right, than actually keeping/gaining a good customer. I have VIP/Diamond status and could've gotten 4 weeks free with zero down, but their insistence on being 'right' was more important to them. Was trying to charge me for an item I that I didn't even possess yet! Terrible, horrible customer service. So bad, that you took a 5 year, DEVOTED RAC customer and forced them to go to Aaron's.
