I wouldn't recommend this store, our experience here has been negative the management was inappropriate to my wife and borderline harassment has taken place. Buyer beware,

Rented a bedroom suit and couch from there and come delivery they didn’t deliver our couch and had only one person to deliver our bedroom suit , it was not what we expected so had them come pick it back up and went in to talk to them about applying our credit to a PlayStation and the manager Christy was not there ( like always ) and the woman behind the desk stated she couldn’t even locate our account. Would not recommend to anyone and will be taking our business to Aaron’s instead .

The manager Christy is the absolute worst i have ever dealt with. I will tell everyone how horrible this place is and never to do business with this person. They call you when your payment isn't even due. They make up things as they go. I will never do business with these people again. I will also go live on fb in front of this place telling everyone how horrible rent a center really is. I spoke to a dm from pa and he wanted to do business. This woman tells me something different. They need to fire her and get someone local in this store.

I have dealt with this company for many years. I recently made another purchase and had an issue with my purchase. The general district Manager reached out to me and got my issue resolved in a timely fashion. I love the prompt attention that I received as well as the quickness to get my issue resolved. Will continue to purchase from them in the future

This place is amazing! The people really make it 10X better also. I’ve dealt with them for several years now and just ONE example of their efforts...I’ll never forget the day when it was pouring rain and thundering soooooo bad, I live in the middle on nowhere pretty much and my drive way is very awkward and they still tried to deliver a HUGE appliance that would not fit through my door, while they was standing out in the pouring rain trying to figure every way to get it in there. I give these guys huge props! They go above and beyond to keep their customers happy!!
