Buddy's staff are very friendly and welcoming, giving you that real life at home experience. Their service is quick as far as feeling out necessary documents upon purchasing from them. Even if they don't have what you are looking for on the floor, they will it directly from their off site warehouse and have at the store within a couple hours. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

They are very harassing. You turn in merchandise and they still call and harass you. I was fine with them at the beginning and then all of a.sudden things change after a while. But I will never get nothing else from here. Very inappropriate..

I went to your south hill va store. Let me say now I had no problems with anything. The manager there. I think is Erica. She was as nice as you can get when dealing with someone like me. I penny pinch the penny. But she helped me pick out an order an even went the extra mile to track down another item that won’t even in the store. As I said. My experience there today was a very good one. An everything was priced even more great for your pocket. I’ll do business here an recommend anyone to this business. As I said. Erica was wonderful.

Everyday is an opportunity to learn. Today hopefully your delivery driver can be educated on why it’s important to stop at a stop sign and wait for a clear opportunity. Pulling out in front on a loaded tractor trailer in the rain seems like something that could yield a negative outcome
