Nice clean organized store; way better than Henderson. The young lady was on her phone thr entire time & paid attention to nothing I asked her. Then she had no answers. Just sits on her phone all day not even picking up the store phone when you call. SAD. This store use to be top tier. Trash now since Mrs Deloris left.
Kate is rude and have no customer service skills. Every question we had her reply was “I don’t know” or she would roll her eyes like we were annoying her. Don’t think I will return for any reason at all. Might as well shop online if the Customer Service Representative don’t want to provide customer service. The young men in the store however were very friendly. But that lady was the worst experience ever and again the name was Kate.
If you look at how the back of the store is kept, this may tell you about the business. I have called the business and the town about this disgrace to our neighborhood.
Well where do we start.. I know I leased a very used mattress and new box spring set along with a couch in late September of 2023 we kept the mattress and box springs til September 17 2024 at which point because of the condition of the mattress the wife ask me to buy a new one which I did. The store picked up on 17th and for the next 5 weeks I was charged for said mattress and box spring so I reached out to the store and talked to a representative she said she would call me back in a couple hours well 3 days later I got a call apologizing for the situation and was told it would be fixed and a refund would be done I said just add the refund to my account for the sofa I was still leasing.. then I went in my account and removed the payment card for the said items. Well today I get a phone call from another store saying my payment is late and how would I like to settle it. Well I was pissed I explained that I no longer have said mattress and box springs that it was sent back 8 weeks ago. Then I reached out to the store once more and guess what same lady answers as before giving me the same answer let me check into it I'll call you in 2 hrs. I would not buy a soda from Aarons again and I'm thinking of sending back what I still have on lease and just doing business with a reputable company.and I have already emailed the customer service email.
