My wife got a mattress from them and it was under warranty but right before the last payment the spring in the mattress broke they would not replace it This place is worthless and then they overcharge this is about the worst place to get anything from

Easy seamless buying process from start to finish. I paid for my item and it was delivered the very next morning. Really friendly and helpful staff. Delivery employees are efficient and helpful. I highly recommend doing business with Buddy's Home Furnishings. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future. My husband and I are very happy with our purchase. 5 star review all around.

Excellent service from delivery driver's, but they deserve a better employer! This place from start to now has been a joke. Ordered a new sofa, was delivered a used one. The heating element went out on a brand new dryer from them, was picked up and a loaner dropped off about 2 months ago. I have heard nothing back about it since then. Was out of town last week for a family emergency, my brother had a heart attack and I was gone dealing with that. Made arrangements over the phone for them to just come pick up the merchandise because I'm sick of how unprofessional and disorganized they are. Supposed to come between 10am and 3pm today. Well now it's being said he did not put it on the schedule. I asked for it to be picked up on Monday since they refused to come today. Was told no they would not be coming to pick it up. So instead of picking up their merchandise they are allowing the account to just sit and acrew more fees. Yes my account is now late by a week plus late fees because I asked for it to be picked up. So buyers beware, and make sure you are brought what you actually ordered! And if you have the option, shop anywhere other than buddy's! Terrible company!

Awesome company to purchase from. Que was professional and courteous before I even got in the store. He delivered and installed my bedroom set quickly and professionally and Victoria made the transaction quick and painless. Buddys is my go to now for all of my home furnishing purchases. Honestly great service I mean 5 star service. The movers worked very smart quietly and quick. Front desk service was excellent got all my questions answered. Great salesmanship and 2 to 3 people at a time and I still got out of there in a timely fashion. I recommend a raise and promotion for Tom(the big guy) and the other guy I forgot his name but he’s the little big guy. Great work ethic excellent teamwork
