What to Expect at This Store

Visiting a rent-to-own store is straightforward. Here is a general overview of what to bring and how the process typically works. Requirements may vary — contact Aaron's directly to confirm.

What to Bring

  • Valid photo ID — driver's license, state ID, or passport
  • Proof of income — recent pay stub, bank statement, or benefits letter
  • Proof of residence — utility bill, lease agreement, or mail with your address
  • Personal references — typically 3-4 contacts with phone numbers

How It Works

  1. 1 Browse in store — choose from available furniture, appliances, electronics, and more
  2. 2 Apply — no traditional credit check at most stores; approval is based on income and residency
  3. 3 Get approved — many stores offer same-day approval and immediate access to your items
  4. 4 Delivery or pickup — most stores include free delivery, setup, and ongoing service/maintenance

Typically included with rent-to-own agreements:

Free delivery and setup, service and maintenance for the life of the agreement, the option to return items at any time without penalty, and an early purchase option (EPO) to buy the item outright before the lease ends. Rent-to-own is not a loan or credit purchase. Specific terms vary by store.

Please save your money and go to another store I spent $1,500 for a loveseat. the handle broke so it wouldn't recline anymore I called to get it fixed they ignored me for weeks and weeks. they finally sent someone out took the picture just to tell me it was broken which I already knew. I talked to the store manager Lamar Martin which is a disgusting human being, first he told me that they were going to send me a new couch because they couldn't get the piece then he calls me back and tells me no I'm not going to send a new couch and we don't need your business anymore. if you want peace of mind from the furniture that you buy. DO NOT go through these people because they will not take care of you. Everything in there is grossly overpriced then once you do buy it they refused to help you if anything goes wrong, even though repairs is included in your term agreements.

Got a washer dryer from williamson rd store. It started messing up. They sent repair person, machine worked for one cycle broke again. This was Wednesday. Called them they told me they would be out Tuesday with loaner. No call no show. Went to the store. They brought loaner next day. While installing loaner my washer dryer (stackable) was left sitting outside the truck and was rained on huge down pour. They left, the loaner is also broken. Called the store on Thursday right after the unit was left. Was told they would call me back. This is late Saturday night. I have a load of cloths in half a washer full of water that won't drain and spin out.

Was new to all this, but Aaron's and the employees and/or managers, as well as the delivery men were all excellent people. My family and I are very appreciative and wanted to put that out there. Especially the delivery guys I've dealt with twice now, real cordial chill type dudes that set everything up for you in a perfect way. Salute to all of you working there 🫡

I had a very unpleasant and surprising experience here. I've worked with Aaron's multiple times in the past and never had an issue. This store seems to have a very dire communication issue. I've lived in an apartment for almost 6 months with no couch. My wife and I decided it was time to make the sacrifice of another monthly payment in our lives so our entire family could sit together. My wife found an advertisement for a deal they were offering. We got approved and started setting everything up online. When I didn't hear back from the store to schedule a delivery I had to call them to do it myself. Then I hear from an employee that they won't deliver anything until I am making a payment which wasn't supposed to be paid until the due date. My couch was supposed to be delivered to me within 2 to 3 days. I immediately got off the phone and called the corporate office. They told me I was right to call and that what I was saying was correct and I was supposed to receive my furniture before I ever made a payment. The corporate office just has the general manager call me and he doubles down on me being wrong about the contract that my wife read and signed. They finally let me schedule a delivery for over a week past when I was supposed to have my furniture but only after I signed up for their easy pay that automatically drafts from my account. The day finally arrives to get our furniture. No furniture in sight, as soon as my wife opens the door, there's a man telling her it will not fit. They try to walk in with it angled one direction, bump the couch on the door frame a tiny bit and then call my wife over to tell her it's not going to fit. No lifting or turning or trying to get a couch into my apartment. Just denial and what seems to be laziness. They don't give any instruction or information they just take the couch away from my children and wife who are excitedly waiting for it. Inconvenient, indifferent and walking on the customer to not admit you're wrong over the phone. Showing their true customer service and getting my order canceled before they could ever charge me was the best part of Aaron's.

Honestly this store does not even deserve a one star. They cancelled part of my order without telling me. When I went into the store to sign lease. Renaldo was extremely rude. When he went over the lease with me he failed to explain to me that I basically had to make 2 payments on my orders. I would have never agreed to that. I am a single mother with a 6 month old. Other items that I order he didn't even have a clue about and when I proceeded to ask again he acted like it wasn't his problem and he didn't want to be bothered by me. It is called Customer Service for a reason. Stay clear from this store unless you like being treated bad
