Duke and James are THE MEN!!! PLEASE GO SEE THEM!! I took my Benz to 4 different tire places and after purchasing 3 sets of tire sensors, no-one could get my TPMS sensors straight. I called R&R with no expectations and James assured me that they would get my car straight and have me rolling again AND provided a reasonable price. I figured what the heck… again, I had lost all hope. So, I went to R&R with no expectations… Guess what??? No more TPMS issues!!! Thank you R&R (Duke & James) for all your help and all you do from day-to-day. You have earned a lifetime customer!
Duke was the best! The wait was standard and comfy. And they parched my tire up for free!! Look out Discount Tire! Worth the drive from Hampton. Great experience from start with the intake employee to meeting Duke to get my keys! Now I feel safe driving around with my 4 year old! Thank you, RNR!
As a new driver who has experienced completely unacceptable service from other car related companies in the past, I had trouble trusting just any company. After working with the team here at RNR, I can very confidently say I would trust them with anything! They were extremely patient with me when I was asking all kinds of questions, reassuring me throughout the process without ever pressuring me in any way. They made the process very smooth! They definitely make sure they’re customers come first in every way possible. I would recommend the team here at RNR to anyone and everyone!!

Their motto “Serve, not service” clearly doesn’t reflect how they actually act when people need it.🫡Before removing the tire from my trailer, I asked if they could mount it and they said yes. After making me waste time taking it off, they came back and said they couldn’t do it because of the DOT year, even though the tire is brand new . A 2025 DOT tire for a trailer is still within the acceptable range to mount. This shows a complete lack of ethics and respect for the customer’s time. I even worked for this company for 5 years, which makes this even more disappointing. Larry will be proud of u guys. I went right away to J&M and tire was done 🫡🔥
