Called in last night to ask a question about my refrigerator, I think the guy that answered was named James but im not sure since he mumbled and preoccupied with everything but my question, end result i looked up the part I needed on Google because that's what I was told to do, pretty disappointing customer service.

Totally disapprove of this place!! Order online, promised 5-7 days and then on mt delivery day they allow the delivery driver to go home early and not even deliver my scheduled delivery!! Waited 2.5 hours for Kaitlyn to " see what she can do" only for no one to contact us and then when we call the store at 525pm they say all the driver's are gone for the day and that they were held up in west Virginia. So I got.left with wet laundry and no dryer for the weekend!! Gary and Aaron's harrisonburg is a serious joke!!

Went in there looking for a washer. The washer at Lowe's is 599. Aaron wants almost 2,000, which is ridiculous. These rent centers make so much money off of desperate people..It should be illegal.

I am a constant customer. I have purchased two mowers, a mattress and now a table set. The customer service on this order has not been a good experience. First delivery was damaged and delivered to my house like than I rather than call to say it’s damaged and I am ordering a replacement. It came in the store on Monday and I have not been contacted yet for delivery. Tomorrow is Thursday. I called twice and I still have no delivery date. This wil most likely be my last purchase.

I'm extremely disappointed in Harrisonburg response to my report about Ray's behavior. Looking at the reviews, it's clear he has pattern of abusive conduct towards women. What's equally disturbing is their lack of concern or action. Men who support men who are abusive to women make me sick. I expect more from organizations that claim to serve their community.
