Their customer service is horrenous. They engage in deceptive practice with their dyer and damaged my piping which caused me a plumbing bill. On top of that they had the nerve to call me about the 1st payment after I received the washer & dryer. Both of them are inoperable and can't be used at this point. The dryer needs a heat exhaust hose & the washer pipe has been damaged while he was trying to unhook the old and hook up the new. I had to get a plummer to repair the damage. I told them to come and pick them up. Businesses like this should not be allowed to operate. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN......! Too Many Red Flags for me..!

Needed help getting my receipts for multiple previous purchases for my insurance company as my house was a total loss in a fire manager said it isnt policy that she has to help me and if I wanted help id need to call corporate. Guess I won't be buying anything from aarons ever again.

Not sure what to say about this place, new to the area, but I must say never waited so long for delivery,not making sense but from what I understand they store has no say when you will get your item delivered.Me personally I've never heard that. Waiting on warehouse in Georgia but yet you don't have no number to contact them?!🤔I just want my merchandise y'all lol!!

I just want to commend the manager Rodruss and the staff at this location. Since my first interaction I was met with nothing but professionalism and supreme customer service. I have been a Aaron's customer for over 20 years on and off in two different states but this one by far is the absolute best. They operate will the spirit of Excellence that should be applauded. If you choose to lease to own please go here for all of your needs. They are amazing.
