I’m not even a week late on a payment. They decided they were going to go enroll my card onto auto pay without my permission. It’s federal law that you need my permission to authorize anything on my card, which you don’t have. Can’t wait to call them bright and early tomorrow on all bs at 10am. Played with the right one!

10$ late fee for being a day late when it’s a weekend and your not open to accept my payment and no way of taking it off is not fair and then you call me all the time trying to sell me more junk I don’t want after I ask every time to not call for sales! Then the manager hung up on me very rudely when I asked for the corporate information and didn’t help me with anything and I was very nice about everything! So disappointed and I will never buy anything from this company ever again!

Great experience. Jordan was very helpful and great customer service. I recommend going to the rent a center on rt 3 in Fredericksburg. Excellent customer service. They greet you as soon as you walk in the door. Very clean and they have a selection on furniture and appliances.There prices are also very affordable and they work with you. 😁

I have used this location for a long time since before they changed the name from Colortyme to Rent A Center. It was a great place that worked with you when you couldn’t pay! They are still a great and friendly place, the only criticism I have is they no longer mail out your ownership papers. If you want them you have to go to the store. I haven’t used them in a while but I’ll never know when I need them again. I love that place!
