Absolutely amazing! I have to say I love this store! The first time we rented a 64"in TV which ended up coming with an entertainment center. When we moved into our new house we needed a large couch and they didn't disappoint we found a beautiful 7 sectional couch. We had a snafoo with delivery having their delivery guy walk out! They called explained and apologized rescheduling for the first available delivery date. When they showed it was 1 guy Mark who got it moved in assembled and situated ALONE he was my hero! He did fantastic and even caught my kitty before he got out! He was kind and amazingly quick for 1 guy lol. I would highly recommend and thank you RAC and especially you Mark the couch looks amazing!

This place will not stop harassing me with phone calls for “sales” they’re having. I have asked every employee at the store level to remove my name & number from the list. I have since contacted their corporate office to request the removal with the promise of a harassment lawsuit if the calls continue.

Abby, Gavin and chyenne are so polite and helpful they always greet us with a smile and a friendly hello they joke around with us and laugh always there to help us get exactly what we want. If I could rate each employee that works in the Barre rent a center I would give Abby Gavin and Chyenne a 10 plus John I would rate in the negative numbers as he is rude and very unhelpful. Please keep up all the good work for the three awesome employees I mentioned

Rent A Center in Barre Vt is by far the best!! Ally Gavin and John were not only helpful to my son and I but compassionate about doing so. When searching for the correct items they got the job done and we’re so friendly it was absolutely amazing! 10/10 would recommend this location to everyone I know, those three deserve raises for their outstanding customer service and professionalism!!

What a life-saver! Moving from VT to WA was a huge undertaking. Of course it takes a while for furniture to arrive, so we camped out at home in VT for a week on furniture we were leaving behind.. The problem was no bed for my husband with dementia who needs to sleep a lot. Rent-a Center was the perfect solution. They delivered a queen bed to our house and set it up for a very reasonable price. When they came back to pick it up, we had gone and a friend claiming furniture we left behind had accidentally taken the mattress. Rent-a Center was very accommodating , and although it took more than a week to straighten it out, they didn't charge us extra. They were wonderful. I am grateful and highly recommend them. My one suggestion is to rent the bed the day before you need it so it can breathe and out-gas. It was a very good, very comfortable bed.
