Ive been going through Aaron's for furniture, large appliances, & big ticket electronics for years. Friendly, polite, helpful staff that are also very understanding and will work with you on payment contracts- over time it builds/increases your purchasing power. If they dont have it in their store, they'll go onto their computer system and have their hub deliver it to them for you.

A huge shout out to Chris and the whole team there at Aaron’s Rental. Our family woke up the day before Thanksgiving with our refrigerator deciding to quit. Quick help from the Aaron’s Team we had a replacement fridge delivered by 2 pm. Outstanding customer service and great quality service. Thank you so very much for your help.

My experience after buying and paying thousands of DOLLARS with Aarons in Barre Vt . Josh was someone I delt with for many years and a Dear friend passed Jan 2021 and I was appointed as Executive of her astate, I paid on the item along with my own latest purchase’s for another year with him knowing exactly what was happening. He threatened to come take what she had purchased for me as a gift never explained to her or offered at the time to change ownership for in the contracts it is not told that if you pass and you’ve purchased anything for someone else you should put their name on it just in case something terrible happens and you pass suddenly. No one would even think or realize this is an important part of the Aaron’s policy. “Josh” has put a sour taste in my mouth and representation for this company. I call Corporate again to make a complaint for I paid from Feb. 2020 til Dec 2021 with no ownership paper work on my own belongings as well as ONE OF MY DEAREST FRIENDS item that he has never called to offer the money back that I really shouldn’t have had to pay. Money was all he thought about. I’ve called Corporate again to find out it’s paid off.

Best products and best customer service! I've been going here for over 4 years now. I went into the "other place" in Barre and they have terrible products and customer service is not good! Bad delivery practices as well. I heard from a friend after her delivery. Aaron's had the delivery people can the store with your phone and you tell the manager how everything is. You sign a paper validating this. With the "other place" none of this was done! I will ONLY go to Aaron's. Their prices and monthly payments are cheaper too. Thanks Aaron's and everyone who work there! Top notch with any issues as well

I have always had a good experience with our local Aarons. Josh and his staff are friendly and respectful. From start to delivery. Even to follow calls for a missed/late payment, Josh is still nice. The trick is paying off your item before the no interest grace period so your item doesn't cost you more than its worth. But even that is on the buyer not them.
