ABBY was AMAZING!! I come back just for her. She always makes my experience delightful; she should be a manager here if she isn't already. Roger is a cool dude as well; I've recently started seeing more of him, and he provides very good front-end customer service.
My wife had a flat tire I was attempting to change at the Sheetz by the store when the car came off the jack and fell on to the pavement. I walked down to RNR and without hesitation they said they would assist me. In less then 10 minutes I had the spare put back on and they took the bad tire to repair and put back on the following morning. Asked for nothing in exchange for their help. It’s nice to see a local business go out of their way to help someone in need. Much appreciated and I just wanted to give them a big shout out!! Thank you very much to Kyle and his team.
I came in for a set of four new tires, and the experience was outstanding. The staff was friendly, professional, and had me back on the road in less than an hour. Later, I returned with a tire issue, and they were able to repair it instead of replacing it, saving me nearly $200. Thank you for the excellent customer service, fair pricing, and clean, welcoming shop. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here. I highly recommend this business and won't be taking my vehicle anywhere else!
I had a great experience working with Abby at RNR. She is incredibly sweet and went above and beyond to get my Bronco looking exactly how it should. She helped coordinate and get everything installed on my build, including 34” tires, a 2inch coil over kit, black textured gunmetal grey Abrams wheels, aftermarket front and rear bumpers, pod lights, power steps, and even a new grille. Everything came together perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with how the vehicle turned out. Abby has been a huge help throughout the entire process—she’s knowledgeable, attentive, and truly cares about making sure her customers get exactly what they’re looking for. Her attitude is outstanding, and she’s great to work with from start to finish. I highly recommend going to Abby at RNR if you want someone who will take the time to understand your vision and make it happen. I’ll definitely continue working with RNR as long as Abby is there: I really appreciate her service, along with the rest of the team. 5 stars all the way to the team on this build!
From my original call in to the shop I talked with Kyle to the next day when I came in to the shop and worked with Abby to get everything set up to the minimum wait time while they was putting tires and rims on every step of the process was great. Everyone we came in contact with while we was here was great, they was friendly and very professional. Their rent own option is great and will work very hard with anyone to make sure they take care of your needs. It’s very busy place so I suggest that you make an appointment before going in to the shop. I will most definitely be a return customer.
