I had an amazing experience at this location today. The manager worked with me to find the right tires to fit my truck and new wheels. After they were installed he went over options to help me stop the rubbing and get on the road. He's still looking for more options. But he got me on the road and stayed past closing with his guys. They were polite and awesome to talk to. My only issue was with the lady that answered the phone. She told me if I came in they probably couldn't help and the manager wouldn't see me to buy my aftermarket tires. And to come by some other time. Instead I came in and the manager was the first person to talk to me.

Always superb customer service and affordable options. Caring employees are also a big plus in my opinion. Can not recommend them enough!!! Tire patch was free because I had them installed there, even having bought the tires online! Installation was only $30/a tire and they have never tried to up-sell services I was not there for!!
I went there for a simple flat repair and tire rotation and balance. They told me the price I said OK. My car only has 42,000 miles on it. It’s been a while taken care of. I’ve only had it a few months I do everything regularly they pull my car in the back after about an hour, which I do not remember his name, but he was short And had gauges in his ear with a tattoo on his neck of a diamond after about an hour and a half of hearing nothing which I had to ask him if there was a waiting room, cause I was standing out front for the first half he finally pulled me in the back and took me back to my car and stated that he could not repair my tire and tried to tell me that my brand new tires had cupping due to not being rotated which I know is a lie. He said he wasn’t gonna repair it at that shop and tried to sell me two new tires he said that if he goes to drill into my tire, he can damage the integrity of it, which I understood for the most part, but I had had several tire repairs way worse than those and know it was not on the sidewall. It was in the brand new tread. . So after saying no, I’m not buying two new tires. He said well we can put it back together and air it up and send you on your way and I said OK quickly I started doing some research. I went five minutes away to Mr. tire down the street.. Guess what I got my tire repaired I got a rotation and I got a balance and also two new air filters. They got me in quick and promptly and got me out within an hour of me getting there. Only reason it took so long because they had to order my air filters. I also drive a 2024 Volkswagen so they’re not the easiest to get I wouldn’t recommend this place they’re gonna try to sell you stuff that you don’t need and take advantage of you.
I had a problem with my tire and I scheduled it in, they were very nice! They had complimentary snacks and plugged my tire completely free! (They aslo gave me the bolt as a keepsake LOL)
