Customer reviews
I can’t thank the team at RNR Tire Express enough for everything they did for me and my family. I was in a very tight situation, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. From the moment I walked in, everyone treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine concern. They listened to what I was looking for, found the perfect set of tires, and made the entire process stress-free. The tires are absolutely amazing and exactly what I wanted! It’s rare to find a business that genuinely cares about its customers the way they do. I highly recommend RNR Tire Express to anyone looking for outstanding customer service, quality products, and a team that truly goes the extra mile. Thank you all so much for helping my family when we needed it most! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Had a fantastic experience at the Fredericksburg location. I emailed for a quote for a leveling kit and new wheels for my truck about a month before making a purchase and Mario kept in contact the entire time, made expert recommendations and his professionalism was above and beyond. When I went in for the service, the experience was the same with the rep in store. I cannot recall his name but he mentioned he was in from Richmond to help the new location get settled. Far and beyond the best experience I’ve had when dealing with stuff for a vehicle. I cannot recommend this shop enough.
Awesome service and professionalism. Rotated my tires and replaced 3 of 4 tire sensors recently. Very efficient. I have been purchasing my tires there for all of my vehicles for years. My entire family uses this business. They replaced my brakes and truck suspension years ago for a fraction of the cost the dealer wanted to charge me. I have not had any issues and very happy with the service. Great business.
Went in on 3/14/26 no appointment and they got to me literally in like 10 minutes. Mounted and balanced two tires with a front end alignment. Staff was friendly and kept me up to date on everything going on with my car. They have a repeat customer moving forward. Thank you guys.
Outstanding customer support and Mario is a true professional. Detail oriented! He ensured the installation of my Jaguar new rims and tires were expeditiously completed without any problems. Much appreciated!!
