I’ve left like four reviews in my life… So if I leave a review, it means I was really impressed… This was probably one of the most seamless experiences with a business…. Mike D was amazing I called the store told them what I was looking for…. They didn’t carry it on hand and Mike check to see if there was a way he could get it Mike ended up finding it and we texted about what it would cost. He also gave me a couple other options that were actually better for my wallet…but still the style I wanted. We set an appointment….the day of, I got held up at work…and they didn’t stress about me needing to adjust. I was planning on getting a ride back and picking up my truck later. They get the job done so fast that I’m actually just ended up canceling my ride and hanging out in their lounge area. Everyone on staff is super professional, but also easy-going. Actually had a good time talking with him while I was there. My tires and rims look great, I spent less than I was expecting to, work was done right, it was done quickly and Mike D & the team are really chill to talk to…. there’s really nothing about the experience I would change. Y’all are doing great work
I had an outstanding experience at R&R Express! I went in to have my brakes checked, and the team quickly found the problem. They replaced my rotors and installed new brake pads, and the work was completed on time just as promised. The staff was professional, honest, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. It's hard to find service you can trust, and R&R Express definitely earned my confidence. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs brake work or new tires. A special thank you to Mike and the entire team for providing excellent customer service. I'll definitely be back!
Will definitely be coming here from here on out for our tire needs. Staff is super wonderful, Mike got us taken care of. He is not only super sweet, but has an amazing sense of humor. Don’t sleep on this place for sure, we are so thankful for them today! Louis helped us out with our paperwork and is such a sweet soul, he was very thorough and welcoming. Cannot thank both Mike and Louis enough!
I've been doing business with RNR for just over 10 years now. They always treat me right and get my vehicles taken care of properly. This visit I had to have my front struts replaced on a lifted full size truck because one had the spring snap and was in the process of collapsing. As always Mikey and his team got it done efficiently and properly. Truck drives, steers and rides great again. Damaged struts were replaced and front end realigned. The tech also noticed another potentially dangerous issue while inspecting the rest of the suspension and that issue was resolved as well. These guys never disappoint. If you want your ride right at a fair price by people that truly know what customer service and loyalty are, RNR is where you should be.
Mike G was awesome! Worked with me with my ideas I had and cut it straight to the point! No hassles and didn’t try to get me something he wouldn’t put on his own truck which I thought that was great to know!! The guys in the shop that put the tires on and the level kit made my truck look soooo much better!!!! I wouldn’t go no where else and I’m glad I went with them! Great job fellas!!!
