Customer reviews
So far this has been a great place. Financial side was easily explained and handled efficiently by Charles..he seems to know his business well. Fred was also extremely helpful and was my initial contact and brought my business to their door. I believe Michelle(is hope thats right if not forgive me) very helpful with a friendly face when I came in. Trace put my tires on and i think he also is very helpful. As a team they work well together. No high pressure, no uncertainty. I appreciate it all because I know my old SUV was probably more work than most wanna mess with on a hot day in July.
I had an amazing experience at RNR Tire WF! The moment I walked in the staff were friendly and helpful ,answered all my questions promptly! Nice clean environment! This business eliminates all the stressful situations that can arise when purchasing tires! I chose the American Road Stars which look fantastic on my truck ,so if your looking for a rugged look these are the way to go! They did an overall excellent job! Thanks again to FRED STEPHANIE&TRACE!!!
Hands down the best experience I've had with anything automotive work related. Everyone there was friendly, professional, and just felt like a good group. Even "Darth Finance"! (Joking Charles!) They have earned a customer with me and all I can help see, this is the way!
Thank you guys for getting right in and getting my tire needs taken care of on a Saturday! Fred got me into some tires and rims at a very good price and Charles the finance guy was very explanatory about the finance process and warranty that comes along with my purchase! $20 out the door gets you started!
Fred and Tracy took care of me, got me in and out fast. Answering all the questions I had and made sure the new wheels have proper fitment on my car. Others would just focus on making the sale only. Thanks for giving a chance to bad credit score people!
