Customer reviews
I was driving through town in a rental and noticed my tire pressure was low, so I stopped at a major chain thinking I could get a quick fill up. Not a single car in a bay so I’m guessing a quick in and out and I’ll be back in the road. The attendant scoffed and told me I had to go inside fill out a work order then they would call me. Ridiculous!! I saw RnR was close so I drove over there. They got me topped off and back on the road in a couple of minutes. Great Job and customer service!!
I was in town for the weekend and stopped by RNR to have them check one of my tires before I got on the road to travel home, and they were amazing! The staff was SO sweet, the store was super nice and clean, and they got me fixed up and on the road in no time. Highly recommend - if you live in the Texarkana area or are just traveling through, I promise they won’t disappoint!
Amazing service! Super friendly employees! Highly recommend! Gotten tires in the past and no issues from them at all. Different vehicle today, had a trailer pin in my tire and they took care of fixing the tire for free!
Wonderful service every single time!!! I had an emergency situation with not only my front driver side tire going flat, but my spare tire going flat as well! I came to RnR Tires here in Texarkana not even 20 minutes before they were due to be closing for the day and they were beyond helpful and more gracious and friendly with me than I could have ever imagined! To say they were accommodating to the highest standards possible would even be an understatement! I could not be happier with the way I was treated, the service they provided me with, and the support they offered me along the way.. they always go above and beyond, but today.. today they truly did for me what no other business in their line of work would have ever done for a customer, and I know this for a fact. PLEASE, if you’re in the market for a set of new tires, or you’re needing help with a tire repair, replacement, or any other related services they can provide, do not go anywhere but RnR! They will never do you wrong or leave you in an unsatisfactory position! I’ll never go anywhere else for any service that I could otherwise have done by RnR, without a doubt!
I had a great experience with Kolby at RNR Tire. He was very fast, reliable, and offered reasonable pricing. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend asking for Kolby if you need anything done!
