Customer reviews
Their process of getting people new tires is great however, they pay all the money to advertise, yet, can't pay their employees to actually know what tire sizes are. I asked my wife to go there to get new tires, and no one bothered to look at the data sticker. Just threw a bunch of numbers at her, confusing her and installed the wrong size tires. She made it clear what she wanted but yet, we had to pay another tire shop to do what we simply asked them to do. Good plan to pay out new tires, extremely poor service. I recommend everyone who had purchased tires from there to check the data plate and compare what you actually received. Very low quality customer service. They are only worried about the numbers, not the quality.
Service here is consistently top-notch! The staff is always friendly, and everything is handled quickly and efficiently. Roddy goes above and beyond every time to make sure all needs are met. Highly recommend!
My dad and I were driving down Highway 82 when we picked up a nail and started losing air fast. I Googled “tire shop near me” and RNR Tire Shop in Paris, TX was the first place that popped up — and I’m glad it did. They were top notch from the moment we pulled in. The team got us taken care of and back on the road in less than 15 minutes. What really surprised me was they didn’t even charge us for the patch. That kind of service and generosity is hard to find these days. I was honestly taken back — great people, great service. I would hands down go back to them and highly recommend them to anyone in the area.
Kaylee was so helpful and getting my tire fixed. The guys also noticed that I had 2 bad tires needing replacement. Kaylee ordered the new tires for me, and got them put on my car the next day. Im so thankful for the attentiveness of RNR Tire Express. I appreciate all you do. 😊
We’re real estate agents focused on land and ranch, so our tires go to work every day. We showed up with a tire going flat and they jumped right in to help. Service was fast and efficient, and the team was so kind and personable. We’ll definitely be back next time we need tire work.
