Customer reviews
Tha 2 Dans and Cason are amazing!!! They fixed my tire and were so patient and pleasant. This location has amazing ppl that truly care and they will take care of you.
Valve stem on rear passenger side tire started leaking. RNR - Lufkin was open until 7 while other stores closed at 6. These guys took care of my problem quickly and were very nice and friendly. Would definitely do business with them again!
I was pressed for time and on a budget. They didnt end up having my rim size in store and were unable to help me same day which was basically mandatory. BUT they did everything they could to get me help same day with someone else and I am so grateful. Big thanks and shoutout Stephanie and Daniel at R&R! You are so very appreciated!
The tire pressure light came on after putting air in my tires yesterday. We pulled in to RNR Tire Express. They took our car in immediately, found the leak, repaired it, sent us on our way about 15 minutes later, and didn’t charge us a dime. Friendly folks eager to help at the Lufkin location. Give them your business. You’ll be glad you did.
excellent customer service Stephanie was the sweetest! And loved how Rae-Ann greeted me at the door! Cayson also was helpful with assisting me! Overall great service!
