RNR Tire Express

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ R&R Tires on Pine Street came through when I really needed help. I pulled in with a flat tire that was down to only 8 PSI, and it was extremely hot outside. I had already tried two other tire shops nearby, but they only accepted cash. Myra was great—friendly, professional, and very helpful. The team repaired my tire quickly, and I was in and out without any hassle. Their clean, modern, air-conditioned waiting area was a huge plus, especially considering how hot it was outside. I’ve purchased tires from R&R Tires in the past, and I still have their tires on three of my vehicles. They consistently do great work and are always friendly. Be sure to ask for Myra when you’re ready for your next tire purchase. Highly recommended!

Do NOT recommend. Our truck was perfectly fine before taking it here. As soon as we left the shop it started making a popping noise when we reversed. We then took it back to get it check again and their response was “we are not mechanics”. They broke our trucks control arm very disappointed do not come to this place.

thought this place would be good to buy rims and tires, after going in person they told me they would look for more rims and send me pictures because they couldn’t find a specific style i wanted. days go by and no pictures or messages so i put in a quote from the rnr website for specific rims and tires, get a call from them to come in and i ask the guy if he’s sure he can order me the rims and tires i specifically asked for, he tells me “yes sir but you need to come in to see what we can do” i go in, again they start trying to look for different rims and tires even though i put a quote for specific wheels and tires. decided to just give up and look at what they were trying to sell me, signed a contract and payed $250 down, a day after signing the contract i called rnr and explained i wanted to cancel my order and wanted a refund, was told that it was okay but i would be charged $100 for “returning” rims even though they weren’t even in the store yet and i still told him it was ok and i didn't mind. told me by monday the refund would be submitted to the office and they would call me to go pick up my deposit, no call and i proceeded to call them on tuesday and a different employee mentioned that the refund had not been started. price was great, payment plans seemed reasonable but kept trying to sell me something slightly similar not what i was looking for.

I had a great experience at RNR Tire Express! Steven helped me with my tire and wheel installation and was super kind, professional, and efficient. He made sure everything was done right and took the time to answer my questions. Highly recommend asking for Steven if you go — he really provides excellent service!

I’m new to Laredo, so finding trustworthy places really matters—especially when you're investing serious money in rims and tires. That’s why I’m beyond impressed with the care and attention this team gave to my new setup. They treated my rims and tires like their own, and the customer service was top-notch. I had the chance to speak with Steven and Tony, and both were incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely enthusiastic. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. No doubt about it—I’ll be bringing all my future business here. Thanks for making me feel confident and welcome!
