The people are nice, however, I had a concerning experience with the service. My lug nuts were damaged, and some were replaced with non-OEM lug nuts that were the wrong size. Later, when I had a flat with little ones in the car, I was stuck on the side of the road waiting for someone to bring me a different size lug wrench because the lug nuts did not match the factory size. When flat occurred a damaged but not replaced lug nut had to be extracted due to damage from RNR using the wrong size lug wrench. I also bought tires from them about a year ago, and the price for the same set has nearly tripled in just one year. I appreciate that the staff is friendly, but I hope they pay closer attention to using the correct lug nuts and properly informing customers when non-OEM parts are installed.
I had a great experience at RNR Tire Express. Naz helped me at the front desk and was extremely friendly and helpful. I suspected my tire had picked up a nail or screw because it had a slow leak. Naz explained that I wouldn’t be charged if they couldn’t find anything or repair it, which I really appreciated. Even with a line I was taken care of relatively quick. Everyone I interacted with at the shop was professional, friendly, and welcoming. Great customer service all around!

Need tires asap and yaya was quick to help with it Easy quote and fast paper work… While in my visit I ended up getting some wheels as well. She made the process so easy and fast Very kind and very respectful Loved her patience for everything She got me right today ❤️
They were great and very fast to help me pick out the right rims and tires for my car. They gave a price that was unmatched on the market as well a great plan. Definitely recommend them for all things wheels wise. Great people and great business!
