Customer reviews
I was struggling for financial balance after losing my son. Then, I hit something on the road that created a blow out. When I went in, the manager and another employee checked the condition of the tire my other three tires. They could not fix the blow out, but the manager offered to finance one or two brand new tires. When putting the new tire on, the manager found a lug bolt damaged. He restored the damage added
Ms Keera was hands down the best to work with! She made the process so smooth for my husband and I! We will definitely be back to get him some!
I love this shop. They went out of there way to help me get what I needed for my car. And also made sure to order a replacement tire for me ASAP.
Kyle Smith from the Beaumont location was great. The minute I walked in the door he acknowledged me. Was very helpful. The whole staff was kind and friendly. I would recommend RNR to others.
I scheduled online, with Mac. went in to the Beaumont location. Mike was who helped me first. Then I met Justice who helped us with payments. I was extremely impressed with how friendly everyone was. Got 4 brand new tires and an alignment. All on an AFFORDABLE payment schedule. I was in and driving away satisfied in less than 2 hours. Not once did I hear the word no, or did they ever act as though they weren't happy to be doing their jobs, helping everyone. The phone was going crazy, people in and out. Not once did anyone in that building look flustered or unhappy. I recommend RNR to anyone needing tires who cannot afford to shell out $2k at a time, especially if you don't want to spend "x" amount of time sitting with no vehicle. Thanks again Mike and Justice!
