Customer reviews
The guys at Wheel Workz conduct very good business! Eric took care of me and ensured that I was a satisfied customer! I just got a 6” RC lift installed onto my Ram 1500. He and the mechanics were knowledgeable and very informative. They answered any questions I had and also offered their opinions. When it was all said and done, they helped to achieve the look and ride that I was going for. In the process, Eric elaborated me on certain aspects to help me understand more in depth. I also witnessed them aiding other customers willingly. S/O to the entire team working there. I fully appreciate the transparency and the dedication to have nothing less than satisfied customers!
Ed was amazing, he took care of me quickly and was incredibly friendly. Arthur, the man who worked on it, gave me the options and gave an incredibly reasonable price. I was sent to Wheel Works by my usual company which I trust as fair and honest. And This place is the same. Will come here again if I ever need to.
I had a great experience here. The service advisor Eric was super friendly and helpful and the technician who balanced my tires was the same! The waiting area was comfortable. Eric even followed up with me after I left the shop to see if my tire vibration issue was resolved. I would definitely use this business again.
I needed two wheels for my classic Firebird balanced in a very specific way. I had already taken them to another shop and they were unable to do it. I took them to WheelWorkz and Ed hooked me up. They did it exactly the way I wanted and I'm very pleased. I also met the owner, Tony, who was very nice. I have another set of wheels that need refurbishing and I will be taking to WheelWorkz soon. Highly recommended.
A few days ago, I bent the rim on my truck and contacted Wheel Workz. I took the rim over and dropped it off, and within an hour it was fully repaired. When I came back to have it reinstalled, the team had me in and out quickly—efficient, clean, and professional. They even took the extra step of checking the tire pressure on all my tires. Outstanding work by Wheel Workz. I would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with a bent rim or looking to purchase tires and wheels. It’s a great shop. Ed—great job and thank you to the entire team for the excellent service and hard work.
