Incident Statement Date: July 24, 2026 To Whom It May Concern, My name is Chonneka Braswell, and I am submitting this statement regarding a serious incident that occurred on July 24, 2026, in East Ridge, Tennessee. I believe my life and the safety of my younger sister were placed in danger, and I respectfully request that Corporate conduct an immediate and thorough investigation. While my uncle was putting air in one of my tires at a gas station on South Moore Road, I was approached and felt cornered by two white males wearing R&R shirts. Fearing for my safety, I immediately left the area and entered the interstate. As I drove away, I observed four vehicles following me, including a white Mercury, a black pickup truck, and two R&R company trucks. I changed directions several times, including exiting onto Shallowford Road, because I feared I was being followed while trying to reach a tire shop. After this incident, I discovered that the tires and rims had been removed from my vehicle, leaving it resting on bricks. These were my personal belongings. When I previously purchased tires from R&R, the company retained my original rims. When I later requested them, I was told they were no longer available. My younger sister witnessed the incident and was left terrified, later complaining of neck pain. I have also experienced pain in my back and shoulders. In addition, my vehicle sustained significant damage and is no longer operating properly. I am asking Corporate to take this matter seriously. Sad that it was two managers Zack and Nate that chase me in their personal vehicles. No customer should ever fear for their safety while doing business with your company. I respectfully request a full investigation into the actions of everyone involved, including the employees present, company vehicles, and any available surveillance or other evidence. I want accountability and assurance that no one else has to experience what my family and I went through. I certify that this statement is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. Staff was excellent, service was a 10/10, the only downfall is the wait time, we spent 4 hours and 20 minutes for a set of tires and rims. Other than that everything was perfect!! I recommend RNR.
Great service and they made sure everything was done correctly on my car, I want to thank Christian and the entire RNR staff for always taking great care of me and both of my Volkswagen Jetta's they are always very friendly and explain everything in great detail on any service they do or needs to be done on my cars. I will definitely recommend RNR to anyone that wants to buy new wheels and tires for there car. I want to thank everyone at RNR for always treating me like family.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing service at RNR Tire Express! We were on our way to a volleyball tournament and had a tire issue with a vehicle full of gear. They got us taken care of with two new tires quickly and made a stressful situation so much easier. The staff worked with us, were incredibly helpful, and had us in and out in just 45 minutes. Awesome experience and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
