Customer reviews
Jared is hands down the best, especially dealing with me being so indecisiveness. He showed me many different tires and helped me pick the right one! This is my 4th time dealing with them. And as always great customer service 🙂
I've gone here twice now with my Cybertruck to sort out adding spacers to clear my break calipers on aftermarket wheels. This was the only shop I could find in the area that would even be willing to look at the spacers. We got it figured out. Then 2 months later ordered custom made spacers and returned to install those, and they didn't even charge me for that. Cool guys that really helped me out.
The guys knocked it out the park bringing my vision to life %100 for my 21 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon Eco Diesel. A big thanks to John and the rest of the amazing staff at RNR. They took care of me well with an RC 2.5 leveling kit with M1 shocks and V2 dual stabilizer. In just a few hrs I was back on the road with my truck feeling better than it did stock, she’s a dream to drive!!! Thank you, Drizzi
John and Dustin have been horrible in their customer service.. I got a full set of rims and tires and 3 of the 4 were missing their center caps, was told they were ordered the same day and then called today (3/20/26) and was told they were in and to come in for my alignment and the center caps to be replaced, was never told that the wheels had been used before I made the decision to get them, got said alignment and now my car is pulling way more to the right than it did before I brought it in!! Manny has been amazing in his willingness to help me figure it out.. I work in customer service and wouldn’t even think about treating people the way John and Dustin have.. Regardless of me being a woman I am still a paying customer with 3 children I drive in this car, totally unacceptable!!
Came in thirty minutes before closing.Because I got a fight on twenty four, eastbound took care of me within five minutes. They didn't have my tire in stock. But when it got me a deal, i'm four new ones to help me out. Was very satisfied with the customer service, as well as the guys in the bays who helped out. Many did great had a great sense of humor and did a great job helping me at the last minute without tuning me away.
