Customer reviews
Great services i will conitues using them for tires i love price over all love the staff very welcoming keep up good work
Bought four new tires from here last year and ended up getting a nail in one. I was told that the nail was in sideways and could not be patched. Meaning I would need to get a new tire. Went to get a second opinion the next day, and I had two nails in my tire, not one, but none of them were on the side or sideways like RNR said. Unlike RNR, the place I went to was able to patch up the tire safely. Also, the place I went to showed me my tire; RNR never offered, and when I asked to see it, they acted funny, had someone look at it, and then came back to explain to us how "bad" it was. Learned my lesson and will not be back to RNR. If you are going to lie about something as small as a nail, what else will a company lie about for money?
We walked, got greeted and immediately taken care of. After having terrible experiences at 3 other locations today, got the best possible experience from such knowledgeable and truly customer service oriented team. Thank you truly.
The assistant manager was very nice and helpful , respectful and very polite took the job with enthusiasm and relate to my needs with compassion. I will definitely recommend this establishment to any of my friends who is trying to receive a good service to definitely patronize your place. Thank you so much for your service! You are one of a kind honest!
Horrible experience. I went to get a brand new tire put on and Herbert took care of me and had great customer service. 5 days later I’m riding on I-20 and the brand new tire just blew off as I’m riding on the bridge before the rest area. The tire jumped the barricade and my jeep went sliding all over I-20 on the rotors. I even thought I was going to go over as well. So I called R n R and they told me basically there’s nothing they can do because the mechanic that put that tire on was t supposed to because of the lugnut pattern or whatever. So let me get this right. I needed a tire, R n R puts it on, 5 days later it blew off I almost died and the only thing they told me was it was the way DCB tires had put the tires and rims on. Mind you I been riding on these tires for a year straight never had this problem until I came to RnR. My jeep is still currently on their property right now because they don’t want to fix the problem they created. I’m not sure what to do at this point. Call corporate? Get my lawyer involved? Respond back to the news station because I was holding up traffic that morning and everyone was worried about that made that tire blew off like that. Because it also damaged my fender, my driver door won’t open. I also have a picture of after we got the tire installed they put way too much pressure in the tire. My tires are supposed to be at 33PSI whenever we left it had 43PSI.
