I had a great experience at RNR Tire Express, thanks to Dylan Price. He was extremely helpful, professional, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. He took the time to answer my questions and made me feel valued as a customer. Because of the great customer service I received from him, I’m honestly thinking about coming back and spending more money here in the future. Highly recommend asking for Dylan if you stop by!
I had a personal emergency and I'm from out of town. My tire was flattened while traveling on the HWY to a graduation. All my plans were affected. However, from the initial call, they were professional, consistent and thorough in all of their communications. I needed to trust the process and I'm glad I did. 10 stars so far... Thank you to the management and all of the employees who I became aquatinted with. I got a great price and top tier service! I wish you all a prosperous business.
Their customer service is exceptional. The employees are very welcoming and and they make sure you leave there satisfied. As far as the tires go I couldn't be more satisfied. I will be returning for more tires and definitely some wheels soon. Their prices and payment options are definitely worth it. I encourage everyone to go see them!!
Highly recommend the RNR in Spartanburg SC. I am traveling on tires I just purchased this past week. I started loosing pressure on one and stopped at the closest RNR. The gentleman are true professionals. I feel not only safe but welcome. I have zero concern regarding the quality of care I will be receiving today. I highly recommend this company.
