This is my first experience here at Express Lube and they are top notch. I will be sharing with all of my friends and colleagues. I called and spoke to Allen, he was nice and answered all my questions. I took my car for an oil change and they checked everything. I will be a repeat customer. Great Customer Service and very friendly. I greatly appreciate and feel like my money was spent very well!!

My 19 yr old daughter hit something in the road on her way back to college. It knocked the grommets of the skid plate on her Ford Bronco. She was about 10 miles from Xpress Lube of York. Allen graciously took her in and fixed her skid plate so that she could get back on the road. That is above and beyond. Thanks Allen and the rest of the Xpress Lube crew.
they have been an absolute joy to bring my car to! However this last time i believe i was treated poorly. I was not made aware of a “ major oil leak “ then proceeding to change the oil without telling me it was leaking. i leave and within 15 minutes my oil is pouring out of the bottom. i can’t get in contact for over 24hrs because they closed. i guess i was the last customer for that day. However i mentioned finding a foam cup stuck between radiator and hose that is clearly seen from the top or bottom. somehow you guys failed to identify this.And your only excuse was “well it didnt come from y’all “. like excuse me. how did you guys miss a fresh bright white cup though. no attention was paid once that hood was lifted! if it had been there it had to have been dirty or even burt up my car goes 200+miles a day THAT CUP NO WAY could have been there … anyway y’all ignored that too nor checked the photos on the email. my car is now in the auto shop . i’m having to replace the timing chain and cover.. i feel as if i were notified of a leak i would not have gotten an oil change i would have taken it to a shop right off the jump and the problem wouldn’t have been made worse. i do believe the Negligence of just not being told about the problem was what caused my car to give in. Allen told me the new oil and filter cause a bigger problem so if you knew of this why the heck would i want a bigger problem ? so not only did the 50$ oil change get wasted in 15 min. but i had to replace the oil every few hours until monday because nobody checks emails. i always stated that i took pictures and sent the to the email with my concerns. and i was literally told he didn’t have time to look at it …. i’m 25 year old female and i felt like i was played. . i do believe i’m owed a 52$ refund. honestly. i would never gotten an oil change if it was leaking so bad. Oh! and i was told that it was on my receipt and that’s why they didn’t mention it . like whattt ? i’m sorry do i get my receipt before or after i pay ?? This happened saturday at 12:30 . i contacted and came to the oil change garage first thing monday morning; And my car has now been sitting at the auto shop since Monday afternoon . honestly you guys probably don’t care. I honestly needed to express my feelings because i was way to nice and feel like you guys did not care or want to take responsibility for anything. i would not have gotten the oil changed had someone told me it was “leaking all through the back door”. i was brushed off and no, there is no recall for the timing as the information you so kindly tried to provide for me ended in 2020.
They fixed my brakes from another garage...no squeals...thanks Alan(manager) Got my new brakes this year, oil change, and transmission fluid change...Perfect Job!!! I love these guys here. Ask for Allan or or Joey. P.S. They also buy Gold & Silver. Best of all they are honest!
