I would highly recommend this place. Everyone there is extremely kind and personable.i will definitely go back and use them for all my vehicles and recommend them to everyone i know. Here’s my experience.....I went to this tire store because it was the closest one to my location at the time. My tire was vibrating while I was diving. I literally just wanted them to check the lugnuts to see if they were tight because I recently got 2 new front tires from another place. Long story short....the guys were extremely polite, all of them. After he seen that all the nuts were tight he took off the tire and found the rim was cracked. He ended up taking off all four tires and making sure he put the cracked rim in the back. They didnt charge me a cent. They were going to balance the tire for me in the beginning. I wanted to pay and they said no, to just a review. I gave the guy who worked on the tires some cash and he almost didnt take it. I insisted though. Super super great customer service. I will always rave about this place.
Wow! What a gem of a business. We got a nail in the tire and were trying to get to a service project. They worked us in found that there wasn’t a full puncture so no air was leaking and didn’t charge a dime! What an honest group of employees! Shout out to Anthony and Janelle (I believe was their names!) and the rest of their team. Highly recommend doing business with them.
We came to the beach on vacation and of course found a screw in our front tire. The gentlemen was very nice and explained there were a few cars in front of us. We waited in a waiting room with a tv and nice comfortable chairs (they were car seats and the arm rest are like tires!)! Great experience 10/10 recommend! In the event we are near and have a need for tire repair, will deff come back here!
What can I say…… incredible business! I own a 2005 corvette, which experienced a nail in a rear tire. I went to, and called several businesses who all indicated they couldn’t fix the tire. When I called RNR, they simply said bring it in. I asked if they had different, or special equipment? They said “No.” We simply train our team members better than anyone else. He indicated they sell high performance rims and tires, so it would be embarrassing if they couldn’t service a corvette! They were extremely professional, and able to get me on my way in no time! I highly recommend this company, and will refer everyone who ever needs their services.
They need a couple of new air gages. I checked the pressure with a known (to me) accurate gage and the pressure was low on all 4 tires, 1 was below 20 psi, which was pretty obvious. Had to go back because the tire pressure light in the vehicle came on. They got smart and found digital gage and set the pressure. Set all 4 to same amount which I the double checked and found good. Over all the service was excellent. Fast and professional. Jamie Houp is most likely the most honest salesperson I have dealt with in the last couple of years. Straight to the point and found me a good set of 4 tires at a reasonable price. .We were done in 45 minutes. Thanks Jamie.
