Edit: they made good on my request to swap out the tires, even price matched the dealership and apologized for the mix up. I bumped the review up to 4 stars bc I appreciate their effort but I do feel like the review should stay up because it did happen and it could possibly happen to others. As a company use it as a learning experience and train staff on what to do in cases like this. As a corporation, a policy review needs to happen. There’s no way cash should be treated as a final sale when a number of things could go wrong. Our lives ride on our tires. There needs to be better policies in place. Thanks for correcting this issue. Original one star review: I purchased tires from this shop on June 3, 2026. I went in to get my Michelin tires replaced on my Audi but I was given a quote for Lexani tires, I was hesitant but the consultant assured me that it was a good brand and a comparable switch. He set up an appointment for the installation. It took 2 hours for the install. I was irritated about that, I looked at my tires, I noticed they’d installed Delinte tires and not the lexani I was quoted for but thought nothing of it. I drove out of town and noticed that the stopping distance and grip were not that great for my all wheel drive because it almost threw me into a guard rail hanging a curve on an off ramp. So I returned to the shop to express that I did not receive the tires I was quoted and I do not like how the Delinte handle. I was told that corporate would need to look into the issue but “they usually do not refund or comp for cash sales.” I said how could you not comp when your techs put on a different tire than I was quoted? He said he’d contact corporate and be in touch. How long should I have to wait for their error to be corrected? WHY do I have to wait in the first place when they’re the ones that made the error? On top of that, why was a cheaper tire installed but I was charged the price of the Lexani anyway when I hear the Delinte should’ve Been $400 out the door? I’m requesting to be comped for the Delinte tires and have Michelin tires installed on my vehicle for a price match of $1500 from the Audi dealership minus the Delinte. This is honestly insane and unbelievable. This issue should’ve been resolved as soon as I brought it to the shop’s attention. I shouldn’t have to wait at all. This is terrible customer service, terrible handling of the situation and poor business ethics. I’d tell women to take a man with them so they don’t get taken advantage of by this shop. This was very much a bait and switch in my opinion
I had an outstanding experience with RNR Tire Express during my caliper cover reinstallation. From the moment I walked in, the professionalism and customer service were top-notch. Store Manager John truly led the way and made sure everything was handled with care, precision, and attention to detail. John and his team went above and beyond to ensure the caliper covers were properly reinstalled, aligned perfectly, and secure before I left. They treated my vehicle like it was their own and took the time to explain everything throughout the process. It’s rare to find a team that combines excellent workmanship with genuine customer care, but this location absolutely delivered. The entire staff was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable, and you can tell John sets the standard for the level of service they provide. I highly recommend RNR Tires Florence SC to anyone looking for quality work and exceptional customer service. They definitely earned my trust and future business!
Great people to work with! I don’t have any issues with anyone. I’m just upset a bit. I went to get an alignment this Monday and wheels and tires rotated and balanced. The alignment is still off as the steering wheel is clocked to the left to go straight and if I keep the steering wheel straight I start to go to the right.
Been pleasure experience most of my service was done via text so aĺl I really had to do at store is sign and pay. Friendly staff could us some upfront training cause several customers came in and complian about not being acknowledged. Other than that I would recommend this place if you need rims and tires or just tires.
I referred someone recently to Jeff to handle their needs in search of a tire and tire repair. After getting tire prepared and she’s also in the process of purchasing one from RNR through Jeff I would have to say our experience was top notch and we can’t wait to return in the future.
