Dan at Rent-N-Roll and Tires was absolutely outstanding! From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the best solution for my needs. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. What really stood out was how incredibly kind and patient he was with my 3-year-old son. He made him feel welcome, interacted with him so sweetly, and showed genuine kindness that meant a lot to me as a parent. It’s not often you come across customer service like that. Dan truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. His honesty, professionalism, and warm personality made all the difference. If you’re looking for excellent service from someone who genuinely cares about his customers, ask for Dan. I highly recommend Rent-N-Roll and Tires!
Zach was super helpful, kind, and patient with me and my little one. Service was extremely fast, and they made sure I knew about the free tire rotations and flat repair so I could take advantage of them in the future! Lobby was clean, well organized, and welcoming. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door for drop off and pick up, and they even took me a little earlier than my scheduled appointment time. Would definitely give them my business again!
Everyone is very professional and courteous to your needs. The head person in charge Daniel and his son Jesse are super awesome to work with. I’ll recommend this place to anyone anytime thanks to R&R. I’m looking fresh.
Very knowledgeable and accommodating people, and business in general. I was given several recommendations even over text, and sent photos of the wheels I wanted. The original color I wanted was on back order, so I switched to bronze. I think it looks fantastic. They even painted my brake calipers. Process was also fast from getting the wheels in to getting an appointment. Zach was fantastic along with the team. Will be back for tires in the future.
