Customer reviews
I had a great experience at RNR Tire Express in Portland. I came in with a tire pressure warning light and they found a screw in my tire right away. The team was incredibly friendly, got me in immediately without a long wait, and had the tire repaired quickly. They were professional, helpful, and made the whole process easy. It’s refreshing to find a shop that treats customers so well. I really appreciate the excellent service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing tire repair or service.
We arrived at 2pm on a Saturday after our tired got punctured by a nail and we changed into the spare. They took our information right away and said they'd let us know when they were finished. The whole process was done very quickly and efficiently. They were very honest about it when they could have easily tried to sell us a whole new tire, but they repaired the punctured tire and we were good to go. They also made sure to check everything that we were concerned about to make sure there was no extra damage as it was our first time changing a tire. Can't recommend this place enough! Very kind workers and knowledgeable technicians that definitely saved us in a pinch.
I recommend RNR to anybody needing tire repair or a new set of tires or some new hip rims! The staff is super accommodating to your needs and will get you in and out in a quick professional manner . There prices are spot on so it won’t break the bank to get those new set of wheels or rims you always wanted ! I can’t believe there is still customer service that exists like this !! So great !

He was a great help-professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process seamless. The Atmosphere: The waiting area is very nice, clean, and comfortable, making the short wait time fly by. Speed: They are incredibly fast without sacrificing quality. If you need tire work done, go see Dante and the crew. Friendly service and a great environment-I’ll definitely be back!
I had an awesome experience at RNR Tire Express today. I came in with a broken valve stem, and even though they were busy, they fix it quickly and figure a work around since my vehicle is a Tesla and they didn’t have a Tesla valve stem. Huge shoutout to Dante and Dakota! Both of them were super laid-back, chill, and provided amazing customer service. They made the whole experience fast, easy, and stress-free. I absolutely recommend this location if you want great service from people who genuinely care about helping you out. Thanks again, guys!
